Finally! A sand animation program for teachers too!
We - sand animation artist Zane Pumpure- Ferryman and improviser, event manager Artūrs Breidaks - have been traveling to schools with the sand cinema show "Sprīdītis" for two years now, and we have noticed that teachers would very much like to experience the sand cinema event themselves.
To inspire others, you have to be inspired yourself!
The creative interplay of improvisation and sand animation for teachers
As part of the program, we will together search for and draw answers to the question - what should a modern superteacher be and look like?
What might he look like?
with what character traits?
with what superpowers?
What challenges do you face?
The program includes
1. Sand animation performance (10 min.);
2. Team building event with an improviser and using sand cinema equipment (40 min .).
Teams will come up with and create the image and character of a super teacher together, drawing it on a sand cinema table and watching it on the screen. Total program duration 50 min.
